Diario de ebonymcshay, 29 sep. 10

I always blow my diet at work... went over my calorie intake. But, I had gotten such a terrible headache I had to eat. I think I move too much when I'm at work to function off of 1200 cals... plus run tonight. So I ate a broiled piece of chicken and a spoon full of green beans and potatoes. Oh well... I'm going to get dressed now to go for my walk/run.

Maybe you should give yourself about 1400 a day for a while and see how that goes. If you're staying really hungry all day then you're not getting enough calories. Make sure you're not wasting any of your calories on "not so good" stuff either. That way you can get the most nurtiens possible out of the least amount of calories :)
