My body feels fit. I don't know how to explain it but my abs are always contracted (from crunches, pilates and yoga), my back and arms are sore but strong (from weight lifting I assume) and I can start to see definition on my body (I hope the cardio is kicking in). However, my weight has not dropped since last Wednesday! (I am a steady 155 lbs).

My BF tells me not to worry as muscles weight more than fat and I've been weight lifting, so it is expected that my weight has been steady. He actually thinks it will increase a bit if I keep lifting.

I am trying to not let that bother me, but I really want to lose the pounds and drop at least a size. I'll try to patient I guess.

What an awesome feeling! Congrats on working so hard -- especially the pilates, killer on the stomach. I've actually just started uppping my cardio within my fat burning range, becuase I have to get rid of that layer of fat on my belly, thighs and butt. Good luck.
