Made it to the gym again last night. Had a half hour before it closed when I got there and I used it well :) Back to 301.6 today. So that leaves me with 1.7 to lose to be able to call and get my appointment for pretty hair! Hopefully I will get to the gym around closing time today too.. to get at least a half hour in, And maybe I will be able to keep some of my calories and not eat all of them. I am not really tasting much with the cold so I could eat almost anything and get the same effect.
It's supposted to be cold here this weekend. So maybe I will get to wear my new jacket soon. I need to take a pic of that still! Sorry about that wintergirl! I am terrible like that. Would you believe photography is one of my favorite things? I should do progress photos.I took some when i restarted again in August or so so now might be a good time to take them or when I get to my first little goal.
Has anyone taken any weight loss suppliment? or Drink? My parents have this nutrition store and they gave me this stuff. I am thinking about trying it for a month (as long as my body handles it ok) to see if it changes my progress. right now I am losing around 10 lbs a month.. and I am thinking the lower I get the harder it will be..But it would be nice to give them some statistics considering all my parents do for me.
Anyways below I am showing the pick I took at the bus stop this morning. The sun flowers are bound to succumb to frost and wither this weekend. I love the sun flare and its little sun flare puppy :)
