I'm aiming for 6 days a week. I would love to start lifting but I'm in NY; gyms are closed indefinitely and workout equipment is hard to find. I'm going to be starting body weight routines this week. My current routine includes boxing with a heavy bag, brisk walks, jump rope and a recumbent bike.

Those are some late nights slnzz lol big oOoOof delirium :/ our gyms just opened back up last week but I’m in Missouri, our cases aren’t too horrible. Bad, not horrible lol
