Diario de SaintViper, 06 oct. 10

Cold is still lingering. Overall it's pretty mild. Energy levels are still good. Have been going to bed early which seems to help.

I'm apparently a bit dehydrated which I'll have to watch. Might have to consider a source of fluids other than Diet Coke. I plan on doing away with that at some point but one thing at a time. The weight loss is going well so I'll get that done first, then move on to the next thing.
