I am consistently losing 12 to 14 pounds every month now. I am good with that. If I do that for the next 14 months, I will be just about where I should be. I have stopped working out in the morning, and I am a bit mad at myself for not taking advantage of the time I have while the kids are out of school for the summer. I have to get myself back to the gym in the a.m. I wont say that I will starting tomorrow, because I promised myself that I would never say that I would start anything tomorrow. So, I just will. I will have a great day today.
