Diario de paulacolette, 17 jul. 13

I am consistently losing 12 to 14 pounds every month now. I am good with that. If I do that for the next 14 months, I will be just about where I should be. I have stopped working out in the morning, and I am a bit mad at myself for not taking advantage of the time I have while the kids are out of school for the summer. I have to get myself back to the gym in the a.m. I wont say that I will starting tomorrow, because I promised myself that I would never say that I would start anything tomorrow. So, I just will. I will have a great day today.

Good job! Keep up the good work and don't worry about the gym it isn't going anywhere. Just have fun with your kids while they are out of school. They are only young once.
