I think food is everyones enemy in some respect. Sugar and grains are my enemy. I love them SO MUCH! I'm a candy-a-holic! big time! I've cut out breads, cereals, rice, pasta. And most of the bad stuff (chips, chocolate, ice cream :( :( The weight is slowly dissappearing. I have friends that have great success with weightwatchers yet I never did. One day at a time! Everyones bodies are different. You just have to find what works for you!
