Slept in until 11 am today. I am really feeling these large outdoor workouts and I feel the need to recover. That means they are working, and I'm getting needed rest (and getting large chores done at the same time)! Started with my bodyweight and dumbbell program and a protein drink. PS. Premier Protein chocolate tastes way better than Pure Protein chocolate, but Pure Protein is 20 calories less and $2 less per case. I don't drink it for the taste anyway, so we made the switch. Anyway, the post-workout weigh-in was 224.6, which was not bad and continues a pretty good trend. I was 223.2 yesterday but that was after two hours of soaking sweat working outdoors. UPDATE: Fasted until 5:30 and Denise is cooking up some burgers on the grill. I got to 223.7 at 5:25. This was a relaxing day. Hope yours was as well.
