I have got to find a better breakfast for Wednesdays when I meet with my colleague before I get to the office. There is nothing at the coffee shop that would be an appropriate meal. The things that have the most protein are the breakfast burritos, but the company that makes them does not provide nutritional information. How is that possible that they can sell the food and not tell you the nutritional value? They do provide the ingredients, of course, but that's it. Might have to bring my own! *sigh*

I bring breakfast- either low fat cottage cheese or Chobani greek yogurt with fruit. Quick, easy, protein-a-riffic! Yes to pics! Pics are fun :)

Thanks guys! @K8 -- I *love* greek yogurt and cottage cheese, and the Paleo diet is a no-dairy deal! I was bummed about that, because of the protein content. *sigh* @Rune -- I had boiled eggs this morning, in fact. Love smoked salmon, too. My trainer says I need to 'think outside the box' about what can be eaten for breakfast, lol. He probably means I could eat that leftover buffalo burger at 8a! We should start a list of all the crazy high-protein food that people *don't* eat for breakfast, that I *should* eat. ;)
