Diario de surgtech74, 13 oct. 10

Well, yesterday was a MAJOR deal for me. I am on stronger meds now for my anxiety and depression that I didn't even know I had and now I am kind of starting to think a little clearer and focus a little more. Doctor said it will get better in time even.
The biggest thing was yesterday morning I sat on my couch like I always do and thought to myself "man I sure would like to clean, organize and rearrange my scrapbook/craft room but I just don't have the energy." After a few minutes, it donned on me that I hadn't eaten breakfast yet. So I ate a little something and took my meds. About an hour later I found a little bit of energy and went and looked inside my room. UGH!!! It was a mess. Well, I went in there and started cleaning. I was discouraged a lot of times because the bookshelf was full of heavy books, the cedar chest was full of stuff. I just wanted to quit. You know why.......BECAUSE I AM LAZY! There I said it out loud. I have never said that out loud before. I don't know how to become unlazy. If anyone knows let me know ASAP! LOL. Anyway, I took down the books of the bottom 3 shelves and had to work but I only need to move it 4 1/2 inches. It was still very heavy but I moved it. Then I took out everything out of the chest and moved it and it was so freakin heavy. UGHHGHGHGHGH. They don't make things like those anymore. lol. Once I got that stuff moved and I saw the mess in the floor, I got discouraged again because of the mess now! I went and sat on the couch for about an hour and said to myself, "NO. I am going to finish this today!" So I went back in there and wanted to cry a few times but I finished it. There are like 4 or 5 things that need to be gone thru but other than that it is finished!!! I started and finished something in the SAME DAY!!! I have ever in my life done that before. It is a good feeling and makes me feel better about myself. Just thought I would share my good news with everyone!!!
