Is it normal to feel depressed when you see everyone else eating food that you can't eat?

Absolutely! Because we feel like we're missing out :) The key is to find healthier options to have! Kashi makes a lot of good, healthier snacks - their TLC cookies are AWESOME!!! Don't be embarrassed to keep your healthier options with you for those spur of the moment goodies, and when possible prepare yourself beforehand :) Good luck! :)

Omg yes!!! I live with a bunch of overeaters and its a constant struggle to stay sane, just think of how bad you would feel after eating junk. Just keep up the good work! Its definitely worth it!

Thanks girls I needed some reassurance but I don't know how much longer my husband can take it. To him this is worse than me being on my period. But he's a sweetheart and he is supporting me by consistently reminding me of my goal despite my attitude.

Its a hurdle but you'll get over it, definitely takes time but you'll enjoy the results.

Your diet does seem real strict, I would surely have trouble following it. But do what you got to do for now, as long as it is working for you I'm sure it will all pay off in the end. It's a struggle for us all, even the ones who can eat what they want : ) Good luck & try not to get depressed you are doing a good job!
