Diario de runnette, 19 oct. 10

Been a little MIA on the journal thing! Still working on getting good breakfast food in stock for quick departures in the morning. Usually I try to eat before I leave the house ... you're 'supposed to' eat within 30-60 minutes of waking up, which on the weekends I can manage, but weekdays are a whole different story. Had granola this morning, which has totally shot my carb intake for the day, lol. Back on the horse tomorrow, as they say ...

Water intake for the day: 81oz
Yesterday's water: 96oz

I don't know what kind of schedule you keep, but I like to pack up small things that I can easily transport...I have a piece of fresh fruit w/in 10 minutes of waiking up, and pack up the rest of my food for the day before heading to the office. That usually consists of Lofat raspberry yogurt, and either 1/4 Cup edemame or soy nuts, and a can of soup or a grocery store chicken caesar salad w/light dressing. I used to eat granola w/my yogurt, but dropped it b/c of the calories and carbs...

Thanks, I appreciate that! I could totally do edamame in the morning. I need some other high-protein stuff as well ... that's not dairy! That makes it a little challenging. :) I think I need to buy more eggs! Thanks again. :)
