I have been feeling so different lately. I am wearing clothes that shouldnt fit me yet. LOL It feels great. I have definitely realized that exercise is going to have to be a part of the rest of my life. I thought I was moving enough, but I definitely wasnt. I am now up to 50 laps in the pool at least 5 days a week. I know it will only get better from here!
