Not sure exactly what I need to do to get past the 0 to 1/2 pound weight loss a week. Things are crazy at work and the market so I am sure stress may have something to do with things. At least I am not eatting to feel better. A year ago that would have been my answer.

I am going to continue to plug along and hopefully soon I can post more than 1/2 pound. I really can't wait to see the 160 something!!! Maybe next week -
