Diario de tephraim2, 21 oct. 10

First I want to thank the FS community for a warm welcome back...and Yes I am BACK..yesterday was a great day. I even let myself have a glass of wine and didn't feel guilty. Usually if I have one I have to have 3 and yesterday, I was happy with that one so it was great. Don't want to be drinking empty calories. I ate really well and I am checking off yesterday as a SUCCESS. I know that without this website I tend to trail off as here I have to have some sort of accountability...so there it is.
