well hi all i know it has been a real rollercoaster i finally found some time to up date i will be buy your sites probabbly on thursday to read yours you all have been totaly awsome so what has been going on in your lives me its the usual i am takeing care of my hubby good news we were given the yes for rods long term disability we havnt gotten the check yet it will be deposited into our account some time this week i would presume cause we found out friday so who knows any way hope this finds you all well and remeber to smell the roses of life love to all shelly.

good luck with all of that. I know from personal experience that whenever we run into "rollercoasters" we tend to let ourselves go :( Hope things keep on the up and up for you.
