Where of where is my motivation? Has anybody seen it? Please send it back if you have! LOL. I know I should be downstairs running on the treadmill, but I just don't want to. I should want to, but I don't. My husband is down there. Maybe if I listen to him exercising, I'll feel the need to go too.

Your motivation is that little girl behind you on the bike - Babe! When I remember myself as a young mom your age, I remember a stressed out and tired mom who was not at all as active as she SHOULD have been! Staying active and eating right will give you ENERGY to play with that beautiful little girl. I can tell you are buddies! Enjoy! Enjoy! You two are GREAT!
