I am completely off narcotic pain meds. I weaned myself off of them. I will use them only in the circumstance I can not walk. Four years of it - done. I went to the doctor yesterday. Ten pound loss in three MONTHS
, so I am happy with it. I am busy writing and right now doing more research for the western. Wish me luck. I am buying a house by winter in all likelihood.

NICE, Glenn. Congratulations. I know this is a MASSIVE, HUGE step, and yet I can probably not grasp how big it feels for you. Proud of you, buddy, well done. You sound like you're in a good place right now, freeing yourself from restraints. Keep going. :)
