Diario de loosinisfun, 25 oct. 10

gooooooooood monday morning...woke up early cause i went to sleep early...but did get 8 straight hours of sleep...couldnt seem to get enough salt yesterday..so i ate my share...but scales arent really showing that big of a gain...so thats good...lots of water today to get it back in line...yesterday i did my morning walk an then 2x30 min on stationary bike...plan on keepin that a routine when i can and hopefully add one more 30 min ride around supper time...usually by that time im just to tired to get the ride in...but i need to get motivated before i get to relaxed and do it...in the 60s again this morning...been really nice in the afternoons...suppose to be getting rain...we sure could use it...but its been passing us by...not had any rain in over 30 days or more...thinkin of cutting grass one last time even though it doesnt need it...just to cut up some leaves that have fallen...not sure if i will do that today or not...well..need to drink and eat breakfast and get this day started...sooooooo...have a great day...keep the ole body guessin as to whats in store for it...it likes a challenge from time to time...

Good Morning! Yes we are starting the day off early aren't we? I am already finished with my exercise. I did an 80 minute workout with cardio and weights and I guess I am ready to start the day. Sounds like you are doing great with your exercise. Enjoy your Monday and lets challenge our body some more.

back from a 2.5 mile morning walk...was out the door at 5am...so nice to walk that early ...hardly any cars out that early...so pretty well have streets to myslf...didnt even see anyone out walking or riding their bikes this morning...but i was out alittle earlier then usual...gonna head out and get a stationary bike ride done in a bit...an then...might just rake leaves...would be a great workout and a different one..

3 hours of raking leaves...im bushed....2 yards raked...our yard didnt really have that much..my neighbors yard...shewwww...i got out a tarp and layed it out to rake the leaves on...then pulled the tarp to front yard an piled em up for city to come by an pick up...i lost count how many trips i made...goood workout...to tired to do my second ride on the stationary bike...lol...
