Ok I can’t stand all the commercials of my favorite Chinese rest opening. May have to have a cheat day. 🙏 I can get back on track, my new fav store Trader Joe’s. My so. Taking me there today, that popcorn is to die for and 140 for a big bowl. Great snack ate night! I just wish I could walk better! Dr’s say wheel chair is coming close, no way I am fighting so so hard.

There are things you can have at Chinese restaurants that won’t throw you off too much... just be aware of portions, try to stay away from breaded meats, don’t fill up on rice and noodles, and be mindful of heavy sauces. Beef/broccoli or shrimp/broccoli are always my top choices and I generally sub in more broccoli in place of rice. The grilled chicken on a stick is also a good choice.

Thank you sorry took me so long to respond, I love beef and broccoli, I just have trouble with chewing my implants broke due to my bone disease. Thank you for your support
