Diario de SaintViper, 27 oct. 10

Ouch, fiber from yesterday did not agree with me. Was still lingering this morning. Finally feels better now. Will have to cut back or spread it out a little bit.

Off to the Y today for some lap swimming.

Swimming went reasonably well. Did about 1500m total. Did 700m at once at one point which should cover just about any triathlon I can imagine doing. I think twice a week of lap swimming should be plenty of training for that. I planned to swim for an hour today but had to quit after 50 minutes. Leg muscles were cramping badly and some of my joints were starting to protest. I have a feeling I'm going to be really stiff tomorrow.
