Hmm... So the yucky seafood sticks aren't too bad, chopped up and mixed with 50g cottage cheese, 50g cooked lentils, scallions, salt and pepper, and a couple of oatcakes. Guess I'll be eating that mixture a fair bit, till I've got rid of the damned things!
