brrrrrrrr...goood morning...32 outside this morning..not sure what it is with the wind chill...but cold enough to see your breath...but woke up at 415am..an was out the door by 5.00am...did a morning walk...was glad i layered up like i did..guess winter is knockin at the door...shewww summer went by quick this year...faster then i wanted it to...i dread the colder days...just so hard to get out of a nice warm house and into the cold for a morning walk...but...i kno thats what i got to do ...less i want to gain like i did last year when i took winter off..an just went when i felt like it...well...gonna take a few more minutes off then..need to get out an do a stationary bike ride...or situps...could get on the floor and do them an stay warm...lol...an a different workout ...might have to get on the floor ...just keep the ole body guessin whats in store for it...

Morning! I hate the cold weather too. It doesn't affect my exercise though because I do everything indoors. If I had to do exercise in the cold I would never have the will power to do it. I just hate being cold so I give you lots of credit for getting out there. I hope you have a really nice Friday!
