Just achieved a personal best: 10.37 km/6.44 mile jog-walk. Yay! Took me 2 hours but that’s not bad, considering half the route is seriously uphill with lots of rough ground and, for 10 minutes halfway, an old neighbour stopped me to chat. A few months ago, I never would've thought that I could manage such a distance.
