Diario de loosinisfun, 30 oct. 10

goooooood mornin...decided to take today off...which means detox an some exercise ...mostly inside...35 outside this mornin...so just decided to take a day off an rest lower half of my body...hit it again tomow morning...will be glad when the time changes..just so hard to get up when its so dark outside lately...plan today is lite on the food...doesnt always work out that way..but thats the plan for now...
