goooooood sunday mornin ...woke up at 430am...thinkin o no..the nights over an its time to get up an go for a morning walk...wonder how cold it is outside...since i hate the colder weather, its really hard for me to stay in the habit of doing any outside exercise this time of year...and its only gonna get worse...but i got up...ate breakfast and layered up...looking on the weather channel as i did to see what the temps was...40 outside this morning, but with alittle bit of wind blowing..probly cooler in some areas around town...but glad to report got my 2.5 miles in for the morning...and i always feel so much better when i get back home..its just gettin out the door to begin with...todays plan is to focus more on gettin my water thru out the day...weight is up some..and i kno its just cause im not drinkin as much water as i should be...so ....ive started listing my affirmations for me to focus on...if i see then thru the day, then i will stick to it more...i also have a copy of them on my printer so i can view them thru out the day...have a great day...

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE: WALK,WALK,WALK...KEEP THE BODY UP & MOVING...!!!!!
4. KEEP THE CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
5. WATCH THE SALT INTAKE
6. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
7. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
8. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!


also a reminder for anyone that eats bananas and cant keep them as firm as they was when they was green when you bout them at the store..this is what i started doing...i buy them as green as i can in the store...then i break them apart and put them in a brown paper bag...i kno something hard to find no adays...then i close the brown bag an put it in the fridge...each morning i take just one out and use it...now i bout my bananas 5 days ago...the outside is turning black...but once you take the skin off the bananas inside is just as firm as if the peel was green like it was the day you bout it at the store....
