Diario de runnette, 31 oct. 10

Weigh-in and measurements are this Thursday! I'm excited. I hope to see more great results, but I gotta say, I'm a little worried, haha. Have not been great about eating the way I need to this week, and also not consistent about recording it. Water intake has not been as high, either. Still dealing with emotional stuff from the breakup, and in the last few days, my 86-year-old grandmother has taken very ill and these will be her final days, from all reports ... she is in Florida, and I am in Colorado ... my parents have said not to try to come out, there is not much anyone can do. Just talking to my mom today and hearing her grief brought up grief of my own, both about my grandmother and about the relationship that just ended. In a certain way, grieving is grieving ... it's loss. When I'm in situations like this, I usually don't feel like eating, or I forget to eat ... just as unhealthy for the body as overeating ... need to put stickies around my apt to remind me and bring some playfulness to all the sadness. :)
