aku udah semingguan makan cuma 600-700 kalori. padahal tau itu ga bagus, tapi rasanya makan 600kal aja bb udah berasa naik 2kg. kemarin coba makan sampai 800kal, berasa diet gagal total. gmn caranya biar bisa normal lagi coba:(
