Swim day today. Was able to go for the full hour with no joint or cramp issues. As I was cooling off, I noticed the guy in the lane next to me pulling out a cramp. On the very next length I got a cramp too. Must have been a sympathy cramp!
There was a guy in the pool today that was actually faster than me. Can't have that. Now it's on! (Except he was built like that famous swimmer guy and I'm built like... well, me. So I certainly don't look like I should be able to keep up with him, but I'll get there.) He was probably swimming faster cause I was next to him, and I had the sun in my eyes.
