Diario de loosinisfun, 03 nov. 10

well its morning again...lol...an its been good so far...just got back from my morning walk...really having trouble being focused and wanting to get out the door to do that morning walk..an its not the walk thats hard to do...its just leaving a warm home an getting out in that cold air...after the first block or 2 i get use to it and get in my walking zone...its just the idea of leaving a warm house and getting out in the cold...so need to focus more on getting in the right frame of mind cause winter hasnt even started yet and already im hating the colder weather...didnt get enough water in my system yesterday and its showing on the scales today...but more water and that will get back under control again...didnt really eat bad yesterday ..just ate more then i needed to ...but its over an todays a new day to refocus on what i should be doing instead of what i cant change cause its over with...well need to get up an get another bottle of water...get the water flowing thru me today to flush out the excess of yesterday...have a great day...and dont sweat the mistakes...just focus on the next meals...


MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE: WALK,WALK,WALK...KEEP THE BODY UP & MOVING...!!!!!
4. KEEP THE CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
5. WATCH THE SALT INTAKE
6. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
7. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
8. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

Yup I know what you mean. It's kind of like staying home instead of going out with friends because you don't feel like it but once you get there you are glad you went. Boy it sure sounds like you are on track. Great affirmations! Enjoy your Wednesday!!
