We have all had a naughty day but you are doing the right thing. Just getting yourself back on track, staying committed and maybe doing a little extra workout or eating a low calorie meal to "make up for it" works. You did the best thing you could possibly do, you didnt let it turn into a entire day/night or week. You're doing great and your chart is heading down nicely. Sounds like an exciting Halloween night for you! I remember once the entire cast of a tv show called "Dynasty" came into our restuarant and I didn't know anything about that show either, I worked long hours back then and didn't watch much tv. everyone was soooo excited and I really had no idea what the fuss was about.
