Reviewed my diet calendar stats for October. The averages for the month are almost perfect. Averaged just under 1800 calories per day. Just over 100g of protein per day. Exercised 400-500 calories per day. Lost 10 lbs for the month.
Will make some minor adjustments going forward. Will loose the opportunity for long, big calorie burning bike rides due it being winter. Will replace them with shorter but more frequent exercise. Swimming, running?, and rides on the bike trainer to start. Will reduce calories just a bit by eliminating all non-social drinking (no more cocktails while watching movies) and cutting way back on the social drinking.
That should keep me on track. I like that I had a few days last month where I totally blew it, yet managed to keep the averages in such a good range. I don't need to be perfect for this to work. I just need to do well on the normal days and keep the indulgences at a reasonable level. Doesn't seem too hard at all.

Nope. Perfection does not make pefect. As I say, flexibility (related to food and exercise- intense eyeballs) IS the key. You gotta keep yourself on one of those flexi-leashes that you see people walk their dogs on...not the defined 4 foot leash with no room to "stray".

You big boozer! :) Stats, I love stats! WTG! Sounds like a great evaluation and plan for things to come. I'm trying to make my times between beers longer for sure, so I understand that. Keep up the good work.

NICE!!! I thought it sounded like the makings of an omlette but then wasn't sure how you would have pulled that off at work...now I see!
BTW, very cute HC!!

Hey, why do you guys get the yummy lunches, I was stuck with eggplant parmesan left overs. Good, but certainly not a steak or omlette. SO Jealous!

LOL!!! You think my steak/rice/squash mish mash wasn't leftovers? I just took what was in the fridge and threw it all in a container together and put a dollop of feta cheese and chobani in there for good measure. I am the QUEEN of leftovers for lunch baby.
