Jennie. I found that Gabapentin caused me to be very dizzy and uncoordinated, but as soon as I quit it, I was able to walk without banging into walls and furniture. As long as I stay totally away from simple carbs I can keep my painful feet pretty much under control and no equilibrium problems. That's why I try very hard to stick to a low carb/Keto diet plan. Good luck.
