Diario de loosinisfun, 06 nov. 10

goooooood mornin...no morning walk this morning...instead got my exercise by keepin my eyes shut longer...didnt really need it...but woke up early this morning an knee didnt feel like i could do a morning walk..so took the day off from a morning walk...the plan is to get on the floor an do crunches, then if an when the temps get warmer...do a 30 min stationary bike ride...hopefully it will get warm enough today to do that...right now..its 28...brrrrr...o well...need to do some kind of a workout to work off the calories from yesterday...ate alot of carbs yesterday...not sure why...but just was hungry for a change...im sure alot of it is cause its colder outside and that means more inside time...thats bad...need a lock for the kitchen...to easy to get up an walk in the kitchen an swing on the cabinet doors...or open the fridge and think about what might taste good at the time...and not even be hungry...but just bored...so gonna have to find somethin to keep my occupied and busy with the colder temps beginning to be an everyday problem....well...gonna get up an make the bed...get dressed and get on the floor...get this day started out right once again...have a great one...
