Do you overfeed your loved ones: family, children, friends, or pets? Why, then, would you overfeed yourself? Only love is love; food is just fuel to live your best life. I get it: there can be dopamine hits & comfort, but that's feeding a psychological void, not fuelling the body. Trust me, I know how I got to 355 pounds!
