I have beem working out like crazy and have been eating faily well and the scale has refused to move. O Well. I must say that I have felt alot better mentally, physically, and spritually this week then I have in along time. I think this excersie thing works. I wish I had realized this a very long time ago. While I don't neccessarily like the physical part of the working out I really enjoy the sense of accomplishment and how it makes me feel after it is over. Well hope you are all having an awsome week.

Take your measurements or look at how your clothes are fitting. I had a friend who exercised like crazy and didn't lose weight for months. But she went down 4 sizes. Great job on the exercise. It's one of the most important ingredients for keeping the weight off when you get to goal.

It took me months too to lose weight but I did lose inches almost immediately-well after 2 weeks, which in my book was a great achievement. I too look at exercise as a mental/spiritual restorative. I am not coordinated and hate to sweat and generally feel awkward exercising BUT I also feel better-more relaxed, energized and self-satisfied afterwards. Keep it up-you are a great inspiration to your team mates!
