day 527...YES ANOTHER DAY OF RAIN!!!!...GOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!!...suppose to rain again tonight...o boy!!!...been rainin off an on for last 2 days and i think its suppose to clear off today, but then start again tomow...dont really matter to me anymore as i do my workouts inside...so rain or shine im inside burning the calories...was thinkin last night my exercise goal is to get back up to using the elliptical for an hour in the morning, and possible longer...im going in early enough that once i build up to it i could do 2 hours on it, once i get use to the workout...the bikes are ok, but i seem to sweat more on the elliptical...not that i can really tell as once i get off the elliptical now and have a good sweat going, an then get on the bike for the last of the workout, im sweating like a pig...that cant stop sweating...lol..after my workout yesterday came home an got on the floor and did crunches, and just different floor exercises...kinda nice going in early an gettin it all over with, only problem i get bored about 8am...an ended up going to the church gym and doing a 30 min walk...yeah yeah i kno im tryin to keep from doing that so my knee gets the rest it needs...its not botherin me as much as it did several days ago...thinkin its gettin some of the rest it needed...long as i dont do it every day, or just when i get super bored like yesterday...mom bout a ham at wally world yesterday...yuck...glad she froze most of it...mabye i can get her to give it away like she does the cookies an cake to the next door neighbors...i had a slice along with my salad...ham just didnt taste all that great...then i drank like 3-4 bottles of water after supper to make sure i got most of the salt outta my system...really didnt taste that salty...but wanted to make sure...as i sit here recording another journal im drinkin my first bottle of water...its almost gone...been keepin track of what i drink thru the day...usually i have 5 bottles drank before lunch if not more...but then after lunch seems like its harder to stay on track...but i usually get 100-120 oz per day..most days..was reading that the more water you drink, then the less your body holds onto...your body is set to hold onto so much, so if you dont drink as much, then your body holds onto it for your body functions...where as if you drink more, then you have the extra to flush your body out, and you dont retain water as much...or thats how i read it...was alittle more detailed out then that..but thats the idea behind drinkin more..to keep from retainin any more then you gotta...lol...well first water bottle is empty and its time to get this day started once again...i want to be out the door at 430am...an on the elliptical ...gonna do 40 min on it today at 8 res...keep adding more on...im not the lest bit sore from the workouts, just usually wore out...my legs usually feel like rubber...lol...well hope you all are doing greatttttttt!!!...have a great day...remember an do the best you can!!!!!
