Decided to focus on digestion for the last week . Eating whole foods. Fruits and veggies. No caffeine . No gluten. No sugar. (other than fruit ). No meat. Digestion is so important to how your body absorbs nutrients. I plan to continue this for about another week or so as I start bringing other foods back in. A bit of an elimination exercise to see how my body responds to the foods I put back in.
