Diario de Silverweb, 15 nov. 10

okay, weighed in and I'm going to just admit it..I'm not inputting what it said.

According to my scale I gained 5 lbs this week. Now don't even look at my food journal cause I missed inputting a lot of things. It was my wedding anniversary and my daughter's birthday. But I didn't do it! I was good. I just fell down on the tracking, thinking it was okay since I am knowing what I eat anyway. Sighs...gained 5 lbs. Oh well. I know I didn't. How could I?

I am struggling to track properly but am trying hard LOL. I just get easily distracted LOL We can both do it! And Stef is right - it is probably fluid. Keep on keeping on!
