Back at work and tired. Throughout my sickness which is still plaguing me a bit today I still did my exercise. I thought maybe I could sweat out my cold. I admit that I am a little surprised that when I got on the scale this morning that I only dropped 1/2 a lb. I wonder if that is because I ate at around 8 pm last night. I was hoping to have dropped my two lbs. We'll see tomorrow because that will be the weigh in for the walk, walk, walk challenge. It could be worse I guess.
I posted on the forum page about why I was so tired and everyone let me know that I wasn't eating enough calories. I looked at the following website http://nutrition.about.com/library/bl_nutrition_guide.htm and it told me that I should be eating 2155 calories a day with the amount of esercise I've been doing. Now I'm stressed about how the heck am I going to take in that many calories. I've been eating all these things that are good for me, but they don't give me nearly the calories I need. Good grief. Is there anyway to balance all this out??
