day 535...NO GYM TIME TODAY...GOOD MORNIN EVERYONE!!!!...yeap thats right...takin the day off...woke up before the alarm clock and shut it off...and decided its to dang cold to get out from under the nice warm covers... to have to get outta them an head out into the 25...with wind chill 16 weather...lol...besides i have to get out later and im puttin it off as long as i can....yesterday i kept busy...did a total of 20337 in steps yesterday...that comes from 80 mins on stationary bikes, inside walking, and raking leaves yesterday afternoon...the highest my steps have ever been but just another challenge to shoot for now...today will be spent inside as long as i can doing floor exercises and then i have to get layered up an head out to help neighbor munch the leaves i raked yesterday at my house an at his...high today is 35 hopefully...i hate this time of year...just to hard to want to leave the warm house an go outside to do what needs to be done...so....guess il head to the kitchen an find somethin to eat an get this body woke up once again...my mind is sayin o come on...lets go to the gym an do a workout...and my body is sayin hey fool its cold out ther...stay in the house or go bck to bed for another hour or 2...so not sure what im gonna do yet...lol...catch you all later today...have a greattttttttt friday!!!
