Don’t expect to have any more ice cream before I reach my final goal but you know the way it goes one week you lose 3kg another week you do everything right and it doesn’t move but won’t need to do any food shopping for a month and nothing but healthy food in the house apart from 2 mini pizzas but there only about 200 calories each so I should be close by then so after that it’s just maintaining as long as I still calorie count it should be a walk in the park
