I've been e as ting WAYY too much
I've been breaking all of my rules

•••no caloric drinks
•••no breakfast before noon-2
•••4 cups of water before breakfast
•••no processed or packaged snacks UNLESS it is a protein bar
•••no chocolate or sweets
•••small plates only

IF YOU ARE FEELING HUNGRY
walk away from ALL food and drink
sit in silence for 5-10 minutes
if you still feel hungry it's because you actually are, if you are not hungry dont eat or limit your intake

can I lose the weight before Judy's wedding?
