Tough weekend. I bought a cheesecake from one of my coworkers for a fundraiser. It has plain cheesecake, strawberrry swirl, turtle and chocolate, chocolate. I thought I could put it in the freezer and maybe indulge in a slice (which I did), but it's down there calling me. I felt sick after I ate it. It was so rich. It amazes me that sometimes I can just say NO to sweets and other times I have no will power. I actually can't wait for Monday so I can bring the darn thing in for the wolves at work to tear apart. I don't know if it will make a difference on the scale or not, but we'll see. It's that time of year for all the good stuff to start coming out and I am going to have to find a way not to be tempted. I want to remember my goals for myself and even if I don't completely make it at least I will have tried and not sabotaged myself.
