I had a couple of bags of the most delicious candy. I don't even feel guilty. I feel like I was in heaven for those few minutes. The scale will pay, tho this week. it is xmas season, i guess, that is my excuse...humans love to eat. good luck and good planning, day by day. I am fine if I just stay away from the stores with the goodies...luv, mary
