Fast method of making Russian style pelmeni/dumplings. I used to made them by hands, years ago, and it took pretty long time to make them plenty for family of 4 where were also 2 teenager boys with their huge appetite.....ooh Gosh....hours work and in 5 minutes pelmeni were gone 😛!Then I bought a similar form and made my life much easier 🙂. Usually I make them from 500 grams of minced meat about 150-160 pieces and keep in the freezer. 1 pelmeni is about 18 calories and 1 portion(for me) contains 15-20 pelmeni. Pork+beef mince mix is the best in my opinion but this time I used turkey mince and it's not bad at all. Bon Appetit 🙂!
