WOW not too bad considering I just started working out again and haven't worked out in 3 months... lost 3% fat, 8.5 lbs, increased strength test, gained 2 lbs muscle and lost 10.5 inches total of course this is since August so slow but I didn't lose muscle like I thought I had!
