Diario de Ingria, 13 nov. 13

Did not sleep well for two nights in a row. Was reading some blogs on nutrition and weightloss. Found a couple good ones but could not really concentrate on anything. Finally fell asleep at 7 AM and could not wake up to go to work. Have no energy all day. Hope my sleeping disorder does not come back, it took me almost a year to change my sleeping patterns last time and it was not easy.

Came home early today with big plans, but crashed on the sofa and spent 3 hours doing nothing. Not very much like me.

It is getting colder, especially in the evenings and I cannot enjoy the yard after work any more. The house is in different stages of disrepear as we still have some unpacked boxes, and most of the staff is not in the right place. I just feel so lucky we did not buy any of the fixer uppers like we always wanted. Even with the house that needed very little work, we have no time or energy to unpack in 3 months.
