There are a few factors in the big jump:
1. I got a new scale. I don't really know which is more accurate but as long as I use the same one consistently it should still work. plus this is a digital scale to the 0.1 lb.
2. Friend Thanksgiving this weekend - so much fun! But I can't believe how much butter I used in all the recipes...
3. I think the 118 was a fluke - must have been really dehydrated or something.
4. I think I'm retaining water from all the salt and fat.
Regardless - I did poorly on following my diet this week or at least this weekend.
