I've been so bad lately having a darned coffee almost every day! I have to stop! I can't afford the coffee every day and it just boosts my calories up too much... I mean my carbs are up there now so those are ok but now I'm gaining again of course ate under 1900 calories yesterday and still gained .5 lbs so it could be TOM again! Jan 5 countdown is on!

Myree, I ahve coffee every single day, at least 2 cups, but I make it at home, add heavy whipping cream, and once in a while the splenda flavored for coffee...either Vanilla creme or Mocha...mmmmm so good.

yeah my coffee is the evil coffee stand breve so made with half and half and with sugar free syrup. No I could never drink it black I don't like the taste of the coffee only the sweetened stuff! My breve's usually have 2-3 cups of half and half I get the 24-32 oz and then guess how much sweetener is in there and subtract the shots of espresso and then all the calories and carbs from the half and half... I think I'd be better off if I just stay away like I was before... it's like since I've been at this plateau and was sick I've given myself permission to cheat which I didn't do before I was sick! I had a sugar laden salad for dinner last night that I've been eyeballing for a while.... back on track back on track!!!
